In this project, our group goal is to help Chase Bank build a new customer service assistant.
There is a service agent that provides users with clearer directions for asking questions in a timely and professional manner. The primary function would be to assist customers with various banking tasks and inquiries.
Our system mainly covers basic account balance inquiry, online domestic and foreign transfers, loan service consultation, and online check cashing service. (More optimization and improvement are needed in the future, and this is a framework version).
