Chase Bank Voice Assistant Design

IIn this project, we were asked to work as a customer service assistant for Chase in pairs. We found that calling customer service requires many steps, whether on hold or in the process of transferring to customer service, so would it be more convenient if quick customer service could be directly embedded in the app or website?

Voice Flow Path

90% of this group work was done by me. I used Voice flow to input different instructions to form an online customer service that can help customers in four aspects: withdrawal, deposit, loan consultation, and account balance inquiry.
